Intro to Yoga

 

Students will be introduced to the basics of a yoga practice with emphasis on breathing techniques and proper alignment.   

 

 

Gentle Yoga

Restorative Yoga

 

In these sessions restorative poses are supported with props allowing the body, mind and breath to deeply relax.  

 

 

Meditation

 

Studies have shown that meditation reduces cortisol levels which are a contributing cause of stress related illness.
