Students will be introduced to the basics of a yoga practice with emphasis on breathing techniques and proper alignment.
Gentle yoga is a safe and nurturing practice taking into consideration each individual's needs.
In these sessions restorative poses are supported with props allowing the body, mind and breath to deeply relax.
Studies have shown that meditation reduces cortisol levels which are a contributing cause of stress related illness.
Group classes are a perfect way to belong to a community and share your practice with others.
